Maer Valley

At least four Firecrests are currently wintering in Maer Valley. Additionally, half a dozen or more Chiffchaffs are ranging widely and the Holly trees are attracting Redwings, Fieldfares, Blackbirds and Mistle Thrushes. The resident Ring-necked Parakeets are favoring gardens across the valley to Maer Farm, along Douglas Avenue.
