ReplyDeleteHi Nick - yep a real beauty - I'm sorry I didn't hold on to it for you but not sure if moth 'twitchin' is back on yet? I guess it's ok to meet up now so will keep the next one. What do you think? All the best. Matt
DeleteGreat moths * nice comparison of kittens! Great Dartford Warbler shot. Was very sad earlier when I read of a huge fire at Thursley which is a wonderful oasis for these heathland specialities.
ReplyDeleteHi Neil - I'm sorry to hear that. Devastating for wildlife. Probably people breaking lockdown for a BBQ, but I guess everything has been so dry that it could have been started by something else. Hope it recovers quickly. Had a salutary lesson in the difficulty of Marsh/Blyth's Reed songs this pm - never knew they could be so problematic! All the best. Matt
