House

Part of the view from my son's bedroom window. You look across Warren View football pitch, over Mudbank out on to the southern half of the River Exe. Haldon Hill is in the distance.

From the house you can also see a belt of scrub consisting of good numbers of sallow and the odd sycamore. It has yet to live up to its potential but I have recorded Whinchat, Redstart, Tree Pipit, Cirl Bunting, Serin, Yellow-browed Warbler, Reed Warbler and Garden Warbler.
