The Red-necked Grebe was again present off Shelly Beach this afternoon. Quite a few people caught up with it today. At least 20 Cattle Egret were on the mud north of Starcross late afternoon and both Black Redstarts performed in the sunshine around the apartments.
Off Maer Rocks this afternoon - 7 Turnstone, 8 Purple Sandpipers and 4 Dark-bellied Brent Geese.
That has made my day - I've got a real soft spot for Black Redstarts ♡
